Employment

Trainee architect at C.H. Elsom and Partners -now EPR. New offices for the Crown Estate.

Partner at Hill Squire Dorin. Commercial and residential work.

Assistant architect at Robert Matthew Johnson Marshall (RMJM) . Design architect for major commercial development in central Reading for Barclays Bank.

Started in private practice in 1976 working for ten years in association with John Spence and Partners in their south London office. Wide range of work including private houses and social and private housing . Design architect for a 200 room golf hotel in Nassau Bahamas.

Founding partner at Edward Hill Partnership (later Hill Mitchell Berry) from 1987 to 2016. The firm was a Chartered RIBA practice carrying out projects up to a value of £20 million. Lead architect during this period, of many of the firm’s signature buildings .

Since 2016, architect in private practice in Kensington providing professional consultancy services.
